Song draft

 So I was bored and I wrote a kinda song ( I turned it into a poem at the end) 

This was one of the versions ( I kept editing it so there are so many different versions) 

It’s about loving a fictional character 

Pre-Chorus 1

Your story was written in the stars,

In a universe beyond my reach.

Every day I wish to see you beyond my dreams,

To feel your electric touch on my skin.

But then I realized 

You were the perfection that would set this world ablaze 

Chorus 1

Oooohhh…

Not every story has a happy ending.

In another life, you could be mine,

But reality traps me in its cage.

I wish I could rewrite our ending,

So that you could be mine.

I try to erase this mistake,

That trapped me in the wrong world.

I try to break these chains that stop me,

From diving into another world.

But the universe is against me,

And I hear you whisper:

"Some stories are meant to stay tragic."

This was a part of one of the first drafts 

I changed this to a poem and it’s way longer I’ll share the actual final one later. I would love if you all could give me feedback on my writing
